As the CEO and Founder of ThinkSmart Enterprise Trucking, he has built a company rooted in excellence, safety, and people-first leadership.

Walter’s expertise spans HAZMAT transport, Department of Defense logistics, Over-the-Road (OTR) hauling, Flatbed, Refrigeration, and specialized cargo. His hands-on experience in highly regulated and complex freight operations has positioned ThinkSmart as a trusted industry leader. Beyond logistics, Walter is passionate about driver development and empowerment, having created training programs that enhance safety, skill-building, and career growth.

His mission is clear: putting people first.
